现代城市规划人文关怀的精髓一直是城市规划赖以生存与发展的重要原因之一，本文秉承“以人为本”的基本规划立场，尝试从新的角度——人的“五觉感知”系统对城市特色规划的方法和内容进行了探讨 , 并结合拉萨东城新区的规划实例，提出了“五觉感知”系统与城市特色规划的结合设计 , 以作为对人本城市规划的进一步探索。 - 关键词：
五觉设计 ; 城市特色 ; 拉萨 ; 东城新区 - Abstract: Humanity essence is one of the most reasons for the survival and development of modern city planning. In this paper we follow the "people-oriented" position, trying to discuss from a new perspective -- one of the "fve perceptions¡± system characteristics of the city planning methods and content. Furthermore we take the Plan of Lhasa Dongcheng District as an example, putting forward the "fve perceptions¡± system and characteristic city designing for the further exploration in urban planning.
