本文从社会学的角度出发，对置身于社会变迁脉络的台湾社区规划发展进行梳理，截取快速城市化时期、地方分权时代、网络社会时期为台湾社区发展的几个重要时代背景，对其紧扣时代的发展轨迹和特点进行了分析与总结。并针对大陆的社区发展尚处于起步阶段的现状，结合台湾社区规划师制度、参与式规划的模式借鉴，给大陆未来的社区发展研究方向提供一些参考。 - 关键词：
社区规划；社区充权；网络社会；社区规划师；台湾； - Abstract: From sociological perspective, this paper analyses the development of community planning in Taiwan within the transforming society, targeting at several significant periods of time such as rapid urbanization period, decentralization of authority period, and network society period to analyze and summarize the process and characteristics of its development. In addition, regarding the fact that community planning in mainland China is still at the initial stage currently, this paper aims at providing suggestions to future research in this area with reference to the regime of community planner and modes of participation in Taiwan.
