黑龙江省鹤岗市是典型的煤炭城市，因煤而立，因煤而生，至今已有近百年的煤炭生产历史，形成以煤炭工业为主导的经济体系和典型的工矿城市特征。2011 年底，鹤岗市被列为全国第三批资源枯竭型城市。本文对鹤岗市资源环境承载力进行了分析，对其国土空间进行了评价，为其转型发展提出对策建议。 - 关键词：
煤炭城市鹤岗；资源环境承载力；国土空间评价； - Abstract: The Hegang city in Heilongjiang province is a typical coal city, which is established due to coal and survived owing to coal. Up to now, it has nearly one hundred years of coal production history, and has formed the coal-industry-led economic system and the typical characteristics of the mining city. In the end of 2011, Hegang city was listed as the third installment of resource-exhausted cities. In this paper, it analyzes the resources and environment carrying capacity of Hegang city, and evaluates its space of national land.
