城市空间布局优化能使城市功能效用最大化，带来良好的社会经济效应。而行政区划调整能有效地促进各种要素的合理流动和优化配置，促进城市空间布局优化，带动城市健康持续发展。本文基于城市发展效应定量分析角度，建立城市空间布局优化效应评价模型，即从基础、结构、效益、质量四个维度展开量化评价，并运用熵值法确定评价指标权重。进而运用该模型对沈阳行政区划调整后空间布局优化效应进行评价研究，通过实证分析，发现沈阳市经过行政区划调整后，城市空间布局优化效应各项指标得分逐年提高，优化效应显著，但也存在明显的结构性问题，在此基础上提出进一步空间优化发展的对策建议。 - 关键词：
行政区划调整；空间布局优化；沈阳市； - Abstract: The city space layout optimization can maximize the city function effectiveness and bring good social and economic effect. And administrative division adjustment can effectively promote the various elements of the reasonable flow and optimized configuration, and promote the urban space layout optimization, promote urban sustainable development. This paper, based on the city development effect quantitative analysis Angle, established the city space layout optimization effect evaluation model from four dimensions of basic, structure, benefit, quality on quantitative evaluation, used the method of entropy evaluation indexes weights, and then used the model for Shenyang administrative division adjustment space layout optimization effect after evaluation research, through empirical analysis. It could be found that after administrative division adjustment, the city space layout optimization effect of each index score increased year by year. However, it has the obvious structural problems, and based on this, the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further optimize the development space.
