伴随着服务全球化进程的加快，服务外包日益成为我国参与国际分工的重要形式，在国家大力支持服务外包产业发展的良好氛围中，以济南、青岛为主要力量的山东省服务外包产业异军突起，取得骄人的成绩。然而欧债危机持续蔓延，我国外贸增速放缓，服务外包产业竞争激烈，山东省的服务外包面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。如何在充满变数的国际、国内市场中把服务外包产业培育成山东省新的经济增长点，顺利实现山东省的产业结构优化升级是亟待解决的问题。 - 关键词：
示范园区；服务外包；离岸外包； - Abstract: Along with the accelerated process of services globalization, for China, service outsourcing is increasingly becoming an important form of participation in international economy. With the strong support of our country, Jinan, Qingdao, the major force of the service outsourcing industry in Shandong Province, have sprung up and obtained remarkable achievement. However, due to the continuous spreading debt crisis in European countries, the slowdown of China's foreign trade and intense competition in service outsourcing industry, the service outsourcing of Shandong Province is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. In the changeable international and domestic market, how to cultivate service outsourcing industry as the new economic growth point of Shandong Province and realize Shandong Province's industrial structure optimization and upgrading is a problem to be solved.
