在城市化进程中，历史地段的更新改造是城市建设中迫切需要解决的问题，本文以现有的地下建筑空间组织理论为基础，应用到静安区地铁12、13 号线及连通通道地块的案例中，将实际设计与理论模式进行对比和分析，并总结出实际空间组织模式的类型，一方面对现有理论做出了补充与修正，另一方面试图寻找历史地段这一特定条件对地下空间组织的影响。 - 关键词：
地下建筑；空间组织；历史地段； - Abstract: The regeneration of historic area is a pressing issue in the process of urbanization. Against this background, the paper is aimed to apply present theories of underground construction spatial sequence to the case of underground construction of Metro Line 12 and 13 in Jingan district. The types of spatial sequence modes of specific space are expected to be concluded through the comparative analysis of practical design and theoretical modes. On one hand, present theories could be modified and complemented. On the other hand, the impact of historic area as the environment could be fixed.
