随着城市化进程的加速，滨河城市在城市空间资源渐趋饱和时，必然面临跨河发展的选择。跨河拓展的新区，由于历史的原因与老城区存在显著差距，犹如城市空间发生“断裂”同时又与老城区存在着千丝万缕的内在联系。由此，本文从生态、空间、功能三方面着手，尝试对滨水城市跨河发展的空间模式予以探索，提出跨越与耦合的思路，梳理脉络，形成相关策略，促进新老城区的优势互补与加速融合，推动城市的可持续发展。 - 关键词：
滨水区；空间发展；跨越；耦合； - Abstract: With the acceleration of urbanization, the waterfront city urban space resources are becoming saturated, and are bound to face the choice of the crossing development. Due to historical reasons, there is a significant gap between the old town and the new district in the expansion process. Thus, we proceed from the three aspects of the ecology, space, function, trying to explore coupled ideas of spatial patterns of waterfront city crossing development, combing the context of the formation of the related strategies to promote the complementary advantages of the new and old towns.
