保障房建设不仅关系到国计民生，而且关系到社会稳定和公平。引入工业工程中的大规模定制理论，探讨大规模定制在我国保障房建设中应用的可行性，从经济性、个性化和规模性来分析大规模定制应用于保障房建设的优势，给出了大规模定制条件下保障房供应链组织形式和保障房建设的运作流程，构建了大规模定制条件下我国保障房建设的指标评价体系。 - 关键词：
大规模定制；保障房建设；供应链组织；指标评价； - Abstract: Affordable housing construction is not only related to the national economy and people's livelihood, but also related to social stability and justice. This paper introduces the theory of mass customization in industrial engineering, discusses the feasibility of the application of mass customization in the affordable housing construction in our country, analyzes the advantages of mass customization applied to the affordable housing construction from economic, personalization and scale, offers supply chain organization form and operation process of the housing construction under the condition of mass customization, constructs index evaluation system of affordable housing construction under the condition of mass customization in China.
