- 中国市辖区规模特征研究——基于中日韩的对比

基于网络数据，对中日韩市辖区规模进行分析。结果总体呈现：中日韩市辖区人口规模及人口密度随城市规模增大而增加，用地规模随城市规模增加而呈现下降趋势。与日韩相比，中国城市设区数量普遍较少、市辖区规模普遍较大、城市内部市辖区间分异大、市辖区人口密度相对较低。中国不同城市的市辖区分异也十分明显。究其原因在于城市自然历史、经济社会阶段的规律性与差异性。基于此市辖区的设置必须因地、因时、因市而动，不能一刀切。 - 关键词：
市辖区规模；中国；日本；韩国；比较； - Abstract: This article provides an in-depth analysis on borough size, the data of which we studied includes population and land size of boroughs in China, South Korea and Japan. Results indicate that population as well as population density of the boroughs show a positive correlation with the city size, while land size of the boroughs shows a negative correlation with the city size. Compared to those in South Korea and Japan, the cities in China differ more with each other in city size, show greater gap between boroughs in one city, larger borough size, and smaller population density of borough. Clear difference can be shown through further comparison and research among borough size of different cities based on this study, instead of following a stereotype, we should always consider location and time conditions when establishing borough.
