1990 年代以来，在市场和政府两大分异机制的交互作用下，苏南乡村空间分异日益明显，初步形成了三种典型的模式：工业导向下的公司型村庄、农业导向下的农场型村庄和旅游导向下的休闲型村庄。以苏州市蒋巷村、坞坵村、树山村为案例，分析这三种模式的特征及其机制。认为，村企互动、能人效应是形成公司型村庄的决定性力量；农村土地制度创新和政府诱导性政策是农场型村庄形成的主导力量；而市场力量驱动是休闲型村庄形成的主导力量。 - 关键词：
乡村空间；空间分异；分异机制；苏南； - Abstract: Since the 1990s, with the interaction of two mechanisms of market and government, the rural space in Southern Jiangsu had differentiated clearly into three typical models: the company village with industry, the farm village with agriculture and the leisure village with tourism. Based on the villages of Jiangxiang, Wuqiu and Shushan in Suzhou, the paper analyzed the feature and mechanism of the three modes. It is concluded that the interaction between company and village and the hotshot effect is the decisive power of forming the company village, the rural land system innovation and the government leading policy are the dominant force in driving the farm village, and the market is the dominant force in driving the leisure village.
