随着人口老龄化日益严重，老年人的生活质量越来越受到关注。笔者通过对徐州市三个单位社区的社区环境进行调查研究，分别从各个社区内公共空间及设施的设置情况，主要干道上的夜间照度、道路状况进行分析。结合老年人特征对社区环境的需求，针对三个单位社区的社区环境提出相关的建议性改造策略。并主要从整备社区道路、改善铺面材质、加强夜间照度、增设公共空间、美化社区环境这五个方面进行落实完善，满足了老年人对社区良好环境的需求。 - 关键词：
单位社区；社区环境；老年人特征；改造策略； - Abstract: With the population’s aging, more and more attention has been paid to the elderly’life quality. According to the environment research of three units’ communities in Xuzhou, the author carries out the analysis from perspectives of the public space, the installment of facilities, the night-lighting on the main road and road status in the separate communities. The author will come up with certain proposed strategies which are combined with the demands and characters of the elderly. In order to satisfy the elderly’s demands to better community environment, it will be implemented in five aspects mainly: repair of the community road, improvement of the surfacing material, intensity of the night-lighting, increase of public space, and beautification of the community environment.
