无障碍设计是现代社会文明的体现，是现代城市发展的要求。新加坡城市生活空间无障碍设计以合理实用为基础，以通用细致为方向，真正落实以人为本理念，营造了系统、精致、和谐的城市无障碍环境。通过分析新加坡居住空间、休闲娱乐空间、商业空间的无障碍细部设计，针对我国人口老龄化提速的社会现状和残障人士融入社会的需求增长，从社会观念、规划设计等方面探讨对我国城市生活空间无障碍化与人性化的有益启示，以期为我国城市无障碍体系建立及和谐社会发展提供参考依据。 - 关键词：
城市生活空间；无障碍设计；通用化；人性化； - Abstract: The barrier-free design is the embodiment of modern civilization and the requirement for the development of modern city. The barrier-free design of urban living space in Singapore, which is based upon a reasonable and practical idea, and in the direction of general and meticulous development, has implemented the people-oriented concept truly, and has built a systematic, delicate, harmonious public barrier-free environment as a result. By analyzing the detailed barrier-free design on the space of residence, recreation and commerce in Singapore and taking into consideration two factors in our country, which are the social status of a speeding-grown aging population and the growing demand from the disabled to crowd into the society, the inspiration of urban living barrier-free design and humanization from the aspects of social conception, urban planning and design is summarized. It may provide reference to the establishment of urban barrier-free system and the development of harmonious society.
