乡村规划建设越来越受到社会各界的重视，长期以来单向需求导向下的建设模式致使乡村规划建设一度遇到瓶颈并流于表面。本文以当涂县龙山村美好乡村规划为实践基础，引入马斯洛需求层次理论，从人居、生态、公共服务设施、体制和产业五个方面探求政府和本地乡村居民对村庄规划建设的多维期许，并基于总体和详细两个规划层面探讨了乡村规划中双向需求的落实与协调策略，以期能为目前的乡村建设活动提供参考借鉴。 - 关键词：
乡村规划；马斯洛需求层次理论；双向需求；规划对策；龙山村； - Abstract: Rural planning and construction has been drawing more and more attention from different sectors of society. However, for a long time, modes of rural construction led by one-way demand have been stranded and have resulted in a lot of problems. Based on the construction plan of Longshan village, Dangtu county, Maslow's hierarchy of needs was introduced into the research. The author explored the multidimensional expectations of the local government and rural residents directing to the village planning and construction, mainly from five aspects, including human settlements, ecology, public service facilities, system and industry. Further, the paper tried to explore the implement mechanism and coordinated strategies from two planning levels of rural planning, in order to provide some practical guidance for current village planning and construction.
