- 摘要：
本文利用数据包络分析法对我国262 个地级及以上城市的工业用地效率进行了评价与分析，得出以下结论：1. 目前我国城市工业用地效率普遍偏低，且呈现出东部地区高、中西部低，大城市高、小城市低，经济发达地区城市高、传统工矿城市低的分布规律；2. 我国城市工业用地效率低的最主要表现是工业企业利润较低，其次是资金投入的利用不足，再次是土地和劳动力资源的投入冗余；3. 我国多数城市处于工业用地规模效率递增状态，且城市规模等级越低，规模效率递增城市所占比例越大。 - 关键词：
工业用地；综合效率；规模效率；数据包络法； - Abstract: This paper analyzed the urban industrial land efficiency in 262 cities across China based on DEA model. The results are as follows: 1) The input-output efficiency of urban industrial land is low by large and appears high in the east and low in the mid and west, high in big cities and low in small cities, high in developed area and low in traditional industrial and mining cities. 2) The most important factor contributing to low input-output efficiency of urban industrial land is low profit of industrial enterprises above designated size, and the input redundancy of capital, land and labor comes next. 3) The scale efficiency of industrial land use in most of the cities is rising. Moreover, the scale efficiency of big cities tends to reduce and the small cities are opposite.
