中国城市化过程中有大量商住型传统街区的更新任务，然而现有的更新设计普遍存在大规模标准化更新而破坏街区原有肌理、一味追求大型商场而导致街区活力流失、无视原有居民居住成本而导致居民利益损害等等问题。本文借助于徐州市百惠传统街区的更新设计，探索通过复合化更新策略对街区的原有肌理、商业活力、居民利益进行保护，加大人们对于传统商住街区的关注，从而达到有效地保护传统商住型街区的目的。 - 关键词：
商住型；传统街区；复合化；城市更新； - Abstract: With the urbanization process in China, there are a large number of commercial and residential renovation projects of complex traditional blocks. However, the existing policies have many problems, such as destruction of the original texture of the blocks, blind construction of large shopping malls that leads to the loss of block vitality, negligence of the living cost of the original residents and infringement of their interests. This article analyzes the conservation planning of Baihui blocks in Xuzhou city, explores the protection of the blocks of original texture, commercial vitality and residents’ interests by compound update policy, in order to increase the concern for the commercial and residential complex traditional blocks, so as to achieve the purpose of these blocks’ protection.
