本文以天津市滨江道- 和平路商业步行街为调查研究对象，运用问卷调查、实地访谈、空间认知和认知地图测试等调查方法，从疏散场地需求、疏散人流速度、疏散场地设置、疏散管理与宣传等方面研究突发灾害来临时，街区紧急疏散能力的现状及所面临的问题，并针对这些问题，从规划、建造、管理三方面提出改良建议。 - 关键词：
商业步行街；紧急疏散；调查研究； - Abstract: Taking Tianjin Binjiang-Heping-Road commercial pedestrian street as the object of the research, this paper which is based on questionnaire survey, field interview, spatial cognition and cognitive map test studies the current capacity of emergency evacuation in the neighborhood and the problems it faces when immediate disaster breaks out in terms of evacuation site demand, evacuation flow rate, evacuation site set and evacuation management and publicity to put forth suggestions for improvement in urban planning, construction and management.
