为探索高速公路用地影响因素，促进土地节约集约利用，本文根据系统动力学原理，建立了区域经济发展、土地供需、用地解析和综合运输四个子系统，以此为基础构建了高速公路用地系统分析模型，并对江苏省高速公路发展和用地态势进行了仿真试验。研究结果表明：区域政策影响因素和单位里程造价因素的改变，对区域高速公路通车里程和用地规模同时起制约作用；高速公路用地闲置率和用地理论值的改变仅对区域高速公路用地规模起制约作用。 - 关键词：
高速公路；用地；系统动力学；江苏省； - Abstract: In order to explore the influencing factors about land occupation of highway and promote the economical and intensive land use, regional economic development system, land supply and demand system, highway land parsing system and integrated transportation system were established according to the principles of system dynamics in this paper. Based upon the four subsystems, system analytic model of highway land occupation were built, which used the data of highways in Jiangsu to do simulation test. The results showed that: The changes about regional factors and the cost of unit mileage simultaneously played roles on regional highway mileage and land occupation, and the changes about land idle rate and theoretical value of highway only impacted on regional land occupation.
