我国已经进入城镇化快速发展的重要时期，城镇化进程与城乡一体化直接相关联。当前的城乡二元经济社会结构，尤其是城乡二元制度尚未有实质性改变，城市对于农村流入人口的“经济吸纳、社会排斥”态度，造成我国的“半城市化”状态。城镇化发展的大趋势与城乡二元制之间的矛盾越来越突出。因此，在新型城镇化的背景下，本文通过对南京统筹城乡发展试点实践调研，总结经验与不足，为南京乃至全国的城镇化路径选择提供参考。 - 关键词：
南京；城乡统筹；实践；城镇化路径 - Abstract: China has been in an important period when urbanization develops rapidly, and the process of urbanization is directly associated with urban-rural integration. Due to the dual economic and social structure of urban and rural areas, especially when the urban-rural dual system has not yet had a substantive change, the cities¡¯ ¡°economic absorption with social exclusion¡± attitude towards the population in the rural area has led to ¡°half-urbanization¡±. The conflict between urbanization and urban-rural dual system is increasing. Therefore, with the study of Nanjing¡¯s urban-rural integration pilots, this paper sums up the goodness and weakness of Nanjing to provide reference for the selection of urbanization path throughout China, against the background of new urbanization.
