基于中国行政权主导城乡发展的现实背景，将行政权决策主体作为分析对象，主要通过设定四类行为主体的目标函数和决策集，得出权力层级的城乡空间分布基本与市场交易枢纽程度的空间分布一致。主要原因是：行政决策主体在升迁业绩驱动下，权力剩余租在土地拍卖竞价中得以体现，当乡村和低级别城镇空心化低到不足以提供财产和身份地位改善者群体年度增长时，物价及就业等景气指标不变的条件下，高级别城市不动产购置需求将下降。 - 关键词：
行政权力；城市化；城乡土地空间结构；房地产市场； - Abstract: In order to explain the executive power of the leading China-based rural development realistic background, the author tries to use executive decision-making body for analysis and put in an interactive analysis framework. By setting the four main actors in the objective function and the decision set, the author draws power level of urban and rural spatial distribution .
