- 摘要：
构建社区居家养老服务体系是解决我国今后社会养老问题的主要途径之一。本文在分析养老问题背景和研究现状的基础上，从社区居家养老服务的供给模式及支撑体系两方面构建养老服务体系，以养老服务为基础在老年人与服务提供者之间建立联系，并为实现服务运作的社区平台提供包括设施建设、组织管理、资金运作以及信息化平台四个方面的支撑“元素”，为社区居家养老服务体系的构建和完善提供思路。 - 关键词：
社区居家养老；供给模式；体系构建； - Abstract: Establishing the system of community-based home care service for the elderly is one of the principal pathways to solve the problem of social provision for the aged. Based on the analysis of background problem and research status quo, this article establishes the system of elderly care service in aspects of supply mode and support system of community endowment service. According to the pension service, it builds a connection between the aged and providers, and sets up four support “elements”for community platform to implement service operation which includes facilities construction, organization management, capital operation and information platform. It provides ideas for establishment and consummation of community home endowment service system.
