从西雅图煤气厂公园案例中吸取经验，即随着法律政策的更新及污染物标准的调整，“棕地”改造项目是一个长期的设计过程，规划设计应具备预见性及足够的弹性空间。可以景观为手段，尽可能地让人类活动与生态环境免于污染残留物的危害。 - 关键词：
棕地；污染物；整治；设计； - Abstract: The research learns from the case study of Seattle Gasworks park, concludes that the design of brownfield redevelopments should be more precautionary with the changing policy requirements, and it can employ landscape appearance as one tool to limit human and ecosystem exposures to residual contaminants.
