信息技术的深入发展，使得传统的空间规划面临着巨大的变革，尤其是大数据时代的到来，推动了城市规划的思维方式、价值导向和技术方法的创新，这对于传统的物质空间规划向动态过程规划、综合规划转型具有重要意义。通过大数据促进城市规划过程的精细化、科学化，作为科学合理的规划结果的保障和技术支撑。大数据推动城市规划过程创新主要表现在：大数据为城市规划调研过程提供新的技术平台和手段，创新空间分析方法和研究手段，创新公众参与方式，促进部门规划的整合和协同，引导动态的城市仿真模拟，使得城市规划更好地发挥公共政策作用。 - 关键词：
大数据；过程规划；规划转型；规划创新； - Abstract: The depth development of ICT brings huge changes for the traditional spatial planning, and the emerging of big data era will promote the innovation of the thoughts, the leading value and technological methods of urban plan, which is critical for the transformation of traditional material plan into processing plan, comprehensive plan and existing plan. The processing plan will become more refined and scientific through the promotion of big data, which is the important technical supporting for the scientific and reasonable result of plan. The main content of urban planning process innovation could be undertaken with the following aspects, the big data could provide the new technical platform and method for the survey process of urban plan, make the spatial analysis and research method innovation, bring the innovation of public participation, enhance the integration and coordination between department plan, and guide the real time urban simulation, which helps urban plan to act the role of public policies better.
