以苏南乡村地区城镇化历程为切入点，发现苏南乡村地区经历了以发展乡镇企业、开发区建设和新农村社区建设为代表的三大城镇化阶段，经济腾飞的同时部分村庄逐渐没落，陷入“被动式”城镇化困境，因此提出“主动式”城镇化概念并赋予其内涵，即“自主、民生和可持续发展”，提出“微撤并、引低碳、溯本源、固主体和新制度”五位一体的“主动式”城镇化策略，最后以无锡市锡北镇斗山地区为例，通过实践实现苏南“主动式”城镇化复兴之路。 - 关键词：
苏南乡村地区；“主动式”城镇化；斗山地区； - Abstract: Given the process of rural urbanization in South Jiangsu as a breakthrough point, we find that the rural area in South Jiangsu has experienced three stages respectively to the development of township enterprises, the development zone and the construction of new rural communities. Part of the villages is declining as the economic develops, trapped into a "passive" urbanization dilemma. We put forward the "active" urbanization concept and give it connotation, named " autonomously, livelihood and sustainable", and carry out "active" urbanization strategy called "slightly removed, introduce low carbon, trace to the origin, solid the subject and innovate the system". Finally, we take the rural urbanization of Doushan area in Xibei town, Wuxi as an example, bringing out the "active" urbanization road to revival in South Jiangsu through practice.
