- 摘要：
针对目前天津港大发展时期出现的土地利用粗放、港城空间分离等问题，本文选取新加坡港口作为比较研究案例。以港城关系理论为基础，通过纵向比较港口的空间演变和发展阶段，揭示形成目前空间布局的动因；通过横向比较港口产业类型、空间布局、土地利用规划、土地集约利用程度等，提取出天津港发展中可借鉴的规划经验。 - 关键词：
港口空间；土地利用；港城关系；产业转型；集约利用； - Abstract: Tianjin port is faced with extensive land use and port-city separation in the rapid development period. Based on the port-city relationship theory, this paper compared the port space evolution process and development stage, revealed the motivation of the current space layout, then made a comparative analysis on port industry types, space layout, land use planning and land use intensity degree between Singapore port and Tianjin port. At last, it extracted the reference experience about port space and land use planning.
