研究和分析了“全球战略”研究中的文化遗产保护理念转型过程、国际文化遗产保护文件的理念转变趋势，以及在这一转型背景下的重要学术探索和保护研究成果。对中国城市文化遗产保护进行了反思，提出促进保护意识的道德化、达成保护理念的文化共识和展开保护行为的长期监控等措施。 - 关键词：
城市文化遗产；遗产保护；转型与重构； - Abstract: By studying the transition process, the trends and changes of the concept of international cultural heritage protection document in the “Global Strategy” Preservation Concept study and the important academic research in the context of this transformation, the article reflects on the cultural heritage protection in cities of China, and targeted optimization measures about moralizing the protection consciousness, reaching cultural consensus and executing long-term monitoring.
