- 摘要：
绿色低碳发展理念下，如何评价和改善步行环境成为重要的议题，对其评价方法的研究也不可或缺。本文结合国外的理论研究和评价实践，将步行环境评价方法归纳为指标体系评价方法、行为感知评价方法和基于GIS数据库的评价方法，总结其评价指标和相对权重的确定思路，并比较分析优缺点；介绍近年来评价工具精细化的发展趋势，提出针对不同地区不同步行群体的特殊指标，同时移动工具在评价过程中的应用也使得数据采集更加准确和细致；在此基础上进行思考和反思，期望对我国步行环境评价研究有所参考和借鉴。 - 关键词：
步行环境；评价方法；研究动态； - Abstract: Walking environment is an important issue in public health and urban planning. To understand how to improve it effectively, the development of high-quality measures is essential. Three categories of methods are used: observational measures obtained using systematic observational audits, perceived measures obtained by interview or route choice questionnaires, archival data sets that are often layered and analyzed with GIS. This review provides a critical assessment of these three types of walking environment measures, and introduce further research on how to improve the technical quality of them, various population groups are concerned and mobile tools are used to collect data. The paper finally points out assessment tools should be further developed in China and corresponding key issues and challenges are carefully examined.
