近15年来广佛都市圈城镇扩展加快，建设用地扩展主要集中在广佛交界处，其中交界线10km缓冲区内建设用地面积已占到缓冲区总用地面积的50%以上。广州市辖区、佛山市辖区、南海区等属填充式和蔓延式发展，花都、番禺、三水、南海和顺德等外围区域属零星式和蔓延式扩张阶段。人口聚集和经济增长是影响城镇扩展的内在源动力，区域发展战略、行政区划和交通规划等政府规划策略等是影响城镇扩展的外部机制。未来应继续深化广佛同城化发展，强化城市化战略规划、区域一体化规划和城乡一体化规划，深度优化城镇功能结构。 - 关键词：
广佛同城化；建设用地；城镇扩展；驱动力；规划； - Abstract: During the past 15 years, the urban lands of Guangfo city expanded rapidly year by year. Expansions were mainly located at the junction of Guangzhou and Foshan cities. Construction lands within the 10km buffer along the Guangzhou and Foshan junction accounted for more than 50% of the total construction land. Construction lands of Guangzhou city, Nanhai district, Foshan city belonged to the filled- and sprawl- development stage, while Huadu, Panyu, Nanhai, and Shunde were in the sporadic- or spread expansion stage. Population growth and economic development are the intrinsic motivations of the urban expansion. The government planning strategies, such as the regional development strategy, administrative divisions and traffic planning, are the major external mechanisms that impact the urban expansion. In the future, in order to optimize the urban function and urban structure, the government should continue to deepen the assimilation policy between Guangzhou and Foshan, and strengthen the strategic planning of urbanization, regional integrated planning and urban and rural integrated planning.
