“拆迁”—“建设”—“安置”的三部曲是目前全国各地城市扩展的重要内容之一。作为其产物的拆迁安置小区不同于常规居住区，存在较大的特殊性，目前缺乏针对其附属园林绿地的相关研究。以由农村拆迁而形成的村镇型拆迁安置小区为重点，在问卷调查的基础上，分析拆迁安置小区的特殊性，分别从规划策略和设计措施的层面阐述了村镇型拆迁安置小区园林绿地规划设计的相关问题及解决途径。对解决由于拆迁安置引起的社会问题及被拆迁居民重塑家园具有重要意义，对该特殊类型居住区绿地的规划设计具有重要参考价值。 - 关键词：
拆迁安置；拆迁安置小区；居住区绿地；规划设计策略； - Abstract: The trilogy of demolition–construction–resettlement is booming in Chinese cities nowadays. Residential areas of demolition and resettlement are extraordinary and different from the routine ones and the relevant researches on their attached green space are scarce. A questionnaire survey on satisfaction and influential factors was carried out while the major emphasis was placed on the residential areas of demolition and resettlement developed from rural districts. Correlative questions and solutions were analyzed from the aspects of planning strategy and design measures respectively on the basis of analyzing the specific characteristics of the kind of residential area. The paper is of significance for resolving social problems resulted from demolition and resettlement and reconstructing warm homes for residents of residential areas of demolition and resettlement. The research also provides references for the planning and design of the kind of attached green space of residential areas of demolition and resettlement.
