地区的现代化建设需要通过人的现代化来实现。人的现代化建设指标中人均GDP、人均城市建设用地及人均公园绿地面积等要求对这个地区的人口进行控制。无锡市区的土地资源有限，所以本文根据能够得到的数据，从经济因素、城市建设面积、交通因素、公园绿地面积、水电资源以及环境资源等方面展开讨论，运用单因素分析法和主成份分析法对相关人均指标进行分析，分别获得2015年和2020年单因素条件下的无锡市区人口承载力和多因素条件下的无锡市区人口承载力。然后从经济、资源及环境等方面提出无锡市区未来的发展战略。 - 关键词：
现代化目标；人口承载力；单因素分析法；主成份分析法； - Abstract: A region’s modernization construction is realized by human’s modernization. GDP per capita, urban construction land-use per capita and park green area all belong to human’s modernization indicators that require the region to control its population. However, land resources of urban district in Wuxi City are limited. Therefore, based on data which are obtained from all channels, this paper adopts some indicator factors such as economic factors, urban construction area, traffic factor, park green area, water and electricity resources and environmental resources to predict their future trends. And then, by means of single-factor analysis method and principal component analysis, this paper respectively gives the population carrying capacity of urban district in Wuxi City in 2015 and 2020. And then, the future development strategies are put forward from the points of economy, resources and environments of Wuxi Urban District.
