在现代社会人们对建筑的需求发生了一定程度的变化的情况下，为了满足人们对建筑功能及外观的需求，旧建筑改造再利用广泛出现。论文对旧工业建筑的表皮改造予以关注，尝试探索表皮的改造引发的空间的改变。首先引入“表皮”这一当前建筑界的热点词汇，对研究对象进行限定与阐释；然后对国内外的几个旧建筑改造的成功案例进行分析解读，挖掘表皮改造对旧建筑内部空间造成的多元化影响；最后做出总结与思考。论文旨在为我国旧建筑的再利用提供方法上的启示。 - 关键词：
工业建筑；建筑更新改造；建筑表皮；空间重塑； - Abstract: In modern society, people’s demand for buildings changes to a certain extent, in order to meet the demand for function and appearance of the buildings. There has been wide renovation and reuse of the old architecture. This paper is concerned with the renovation of industrial buildings’ skin, try to explore space transformation triggered by changes in the skin. First, the paper introduces a hot word “skin” in the current construction industry, to define and explain the study subjects. Then it analyzes several successful cases of building renovation at home and abroad, to excavate the diversified influence on the internal space caused by the renovation of building skin. It is concluded with reflections. This paper aims to provide inspiration on re-using of the old buildings.
