大城市面临的交通拥堵及灰霾效应等交通问题不断复杂化、严重化，造成城市的正常运转受阻、影响市民出行的质量。解决城市交通的问题，应从管理的角度出发，提升一般普惠性公共交通和推行中高级模式公共交通。定制公交作为一种适应性管理的手段，能够有效替换部分小汽车出行，引导交通出行结构的改变，进而缓解交通拥堵及灰霾效应等问题。本文实地调研了北京定制公交的各项指标，并分析研究了相对于小汽车出行所带来的自然、经济及社会方面的复合生态效应，为城市交通的管理及定制公交的推行提供了实践参考。 - 关键词：
城市交通；适应性管理；定制公交；北京； - Abstract: Metropolitan traffic problems such as traffic congestion and dust-haze effect are becoming worse and more complicated and serious, which impacts urban normal operation and citizens travel quality. The solution to the urban traffic problems should involve management measures, and the general public transport improvement and senior and middle public transport implementation. As an adaptive management solution to solve Beijing traffic problems, customized transit bus service could efficiently replace part of use the private car travel, and change the transportation’s structure, which is helpful to ease the problem of traffic congestion and dust-haze effect. This paper investigated many indexes of the advantage and disadvantage of customized transit bus service. Based on the comparison with the private car travel, we argue that the customized bus service is a potential way to ease the traffic problem. At last, we provide practical references for the urban traffic’s management and promote of the customized transit bus service.
