多主体仿真是目前应用较为广泛的计算机仿真技术，在研究复杂系统方面具有优势，也为城市空间领域的研究提供了一种新的工作模式。基于此，依托NetLogo 仿真平台，以20 世纪初电车交通影响下天津市商业中心的转移为例建立多主体仿真模型，从自下而上的新角度对这一城市空间现象进行解释验证，并根据仿真实践的结果对多主体仿真技术在城市空间领域的应用作以分析评价。 - 关键词：
多主体仿真；城市空间；天津商业中心；电车交通； - Abstract: Multi-agent simulation is a kind of computer simulation technology with wide application nowadays. Holding advantages in the study of complex systems, it supplies a new operation mode in the field of urban space. On this account, we built a model reflecting the commercial center transfer in Tianjin under the impacts of tram in the early 20th century, on the technical platform of NetLogo. In the procedure, the phenomenon of urban space is explained through a bottom-up angle. Furthermore, according to the results of the simulation practice, the application of multi-agent simulation technology in the field of urban space is analyzed and evaluated.
