- 城乡统筹背景下我国绿道规划实践综述

以我国近年来在区域、省（市）各层次的绿道规划作为研究对象，通过规划方案、文献汇编，对区域、省（市）绿道建设方式进行梳理和比较。地方之间的社会经济背景、规划环境、建设动机差异是各绿道规划之间存在不同之处的主要因素。同时，对珠三角、成都两地绿道和城乡统筹关系进行分析，提出：1）各层次绿道功能的规划意义不同，因而建立多层次绿道系统至关重要；2）城乡统筹背景下绿道建设需因地制宜；3）绿道部分标准需尽快建立，绿道规划亟待规范化。 - 关键词：
绿道；城乡统筹；规划建设； - Abstract: This article reviews the result of Chinese efforts to develop greenway networks by compiling available plans, literature and documents and by consulting different regional experts. The objective is to provide a comparative and up-to-date overview of different regional, provincial, city-wide and countywide approaches to greenways in China. The article highlights common principles and differences of greenways in China. Differences and similarities are seen in the context of social, economic, cultural and political conditions. Meanwhile, by analyzing the cases in the Pearl-River Delta and Chengdu it is proposed that 1)all function of greenway has varied meaning in different planning level so multi-level system of greenways network is urgently needed;2)greenway planning should take local or region condition into consideration;3)some national standard of greenway should be established.
