在国家积极推动新型城镇化的背景下，结合信阳市自身特点，分析了信阳市人口外流的现状特征及存在问题，同时探索了人口大量外流的自然、文化和产业基础方面的原因，并根据信阳市目前经济社会发展态势和问卷调查抽样分析，预测了信阳市外出人口未来的流动趋势，未来外出人口将逐步实现回流，且倾向于流向城镇同时选择回乡创业，信阳市将借助人才和劳动力回归踏上快速发展的轨道。 - 关键词：
人口外流；特征；原因；趋势；回流； - Abstract: Under the background of state promoting new urbanization actively, combined with the characteristics of Xinyang, this article analyses the present situation about population outf low characteristics and existing problems in Xinyang, exploring the reason about natural, cultural and industrial basis of the large population outflow. According to the current economic social development situation and analysis of sampling survey in Xinyang, this article predicts the population migration trend of Xinyang city, and figures out that population outside will gradually flow back, at the same time tend to flow to the cities, doing business in the future. The city of Xinyang will be on the fast track of development with returning of the personnel and labor.
