- 摘要：
保障性住房建设是我国新时期一项重要的民心工程，对于改善民生、促进社会和谐稳定具有重大意义。基于多中心治理理论，从政府、营利组织、非营利组织以及多中心协同供应四方面，总结国内外保障性住房供应机制的相关研究成果，指出现有研究存在的不足与未来可能的研究方向，主要包括：宏观性政策研究较多，应加强各供应主体的职责边界、角色定位研究；保障性住房多中心协同供应方面的研究较少，建议采用系统方法加强多中心协同供应的研究。 - 关键词：
保障性住房；供应机制；多中心协同供应；非营利组织； - Abstract: Affordable housing construction is vital to low-and middle-income families, which is of great significance to improve their livelihood, as well as to promote social harmony and stability. This paper summarizes researches about supply mechanism of affordable housing at home and abroad from four perspectives, including governments, profit organizations, non-profit organizations and multi-center collaborative supply. Then, shortcomings and future research directions of researches are proposed. For example, there is too much macroscopic policy research, the boundary of responsibility and role among the main supply body should be strengthened in the future. Furthermore, researches concerning multicenter collaborative supply are very few, hence systemic methods to strengthen researches on multi-center collaborative supply are recommended.
