开发区的建设对仍处于工业化初级阶段的西北部地区具有重要意义，“产城融合”理念是推进实施新型城镇化的基本战略。文章对“产城融合”的理念内涵做了深入解析，分析该理念下在西北河谷型城市郊区建设工业园需重点关注和解决的问题，进而以典型河谷型城市兰州郊区卧龙川园区规划研究为例，从产业、交通、配套体系、生态以及实施时序五个方面提出了“产城融合”理念下的规划应对策略，并初步总结了该类园区规划的模式，以期为同类园区提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
产城融合；西北；河谷型城市；工业园规划 - Abstract: The construction of ¡°development zone¡± is of great significance to those western regions, which are still in the primary stage of industrialization. The concept of ¡°industry and city integration development¡± is a basic strategy of new urbanization. Firstly, this article gives in-depth analysis about the philosophy of ¡°industry and city integration development¡± and then puts forward several questions which should be concerned with during the construction in these regions based on the concept of ¡°industry and city integration development¡±. And then, taking the plan on ¡°Wolong River Industrial Park¡± in Lanzhou suburb as an example, construction strategies in five aspects (industry, transportation, supporting system, ecology, implementing guarantee) are carried out under the concept of ¡°industry and city integration development¡±. At last, the planning model is summarized to provide reference for similar parks.
