城中村是流动人口的主要聚集地，但以往的城中村改造中，流动人口的安置问题却经常被忽视，进而引发了各种社会问题。本文首先总结概括了流动人口的居住特征与需求，继而提出了一套兼顾流动人口居住需求的城中村改造模式，并应用于深圳市五和、坂田、杨美三个城中村的改造规划中。最后，从政府、开发商、居民的角度提出了一系列支持与保障措施。作为我国城中村改造的一次有益实践，本文进一步丰富了我国城中村流动人口和城中村改造的理论体系，兼具一定的实际应用价值。 - 关键词：
城中村；流动人口；公共交通为导向的发展模式；廉租房；骑楼； - Abstract: Urban villages are the main gathering places of floating people, but housing problem of the floating people is often ignored in urban village renovations. This paper analyzes the living preference of the floating people in several typical urban villages of Shenzhen. Then the author puts forward a new pattern of urban village renovation given the benefits of the floating People. This paper has theoretical and practical significance to urban village renovations.
