- 摘要：
城市中心、交通枢纽、高强度开发的商业商务区等城市地下空间重点开发的区域，开发深度大、层数多、功能复合、系统繁杂，常规的单一层控规图则无法全面、清晰、明确地表达出地下各维度空间的控制要素。结合地下空间的特性与常规控规图则编制体系，构建地下空间控规图则的控制指标体系，并详细探讨了城市地下空间重点开发区域的分层图则编制。 - 关键词：
地下空间；重点开发区域；分层；控规图则； - Abstract: The city, traffic hub, such as high strength and development of commercial business district area is the important development area of urban underground space. Combined with the characteristics of the underground space and conventional regulatory detailed plan compiling system, we constructed the index system of regulatory plan of underground space control, and urban underground space is discussed in detail regarding the important development area stratification plan compiling.
