随着时代发展，城市副中心的规划建设已成为特大城市扩张热潮下的必然产物。阐明城市副中心的概念，并提出城市副中心产生的条件，继而依据案例论证片区形成与发展城市副中心的要素。基于上述理论，分析说明贵阳建设发展城市副中心的必要性，并通过对比提出最可能发展成为贵阳城市副中心的区域，为未来城市规划提供参考依据。 - 关键词：
城市副中心；形成条件；发展要素；贵阳； - Abstract: With the development of times, the planning and construction of Sub-CBD is becoming an inevitable outcome in process of megalopolis urban expansion. This paper illustrates the concept of Sub-CBD, puts forward Sub-CBD birth conditions, and then demonstrates the formation and development elements of Sub-CBD in one certain area by case study. Based on the theory above and comparative analysis, this paper demonstrates the necessity of Guiyang to plan and construct Sub-CBDs, and then analyzes areas in Guiyang city territory to argue which areas are the most likely to form and develop Sub-CBDs.
