本文通过对南京市中和桥社区外来务工人员进行调查，分析其迁移特征，并梳理了外来务工人员在大城市居留阶段的基本公共服务需求，主要包括技能性就业培训、廉租住房、医疗教育等需求。进而，本研究结合外来务工人员的需求，从完善公共就业服务体系、拓宽住房保障渠道及保障外来务工人员及其随迁家属教育医疗权益等方面提出城市基本公共服务供给建议。 - 关键词：
外来务工人员；迁移特征；基本公共服务需求；南京市中和桥社区； - Abstract: By investigating migrant workers in the Nanjing Zhongheqiao community, this article analyzes the migration characteristics of migrant workers, and sort out the basic public service demands of migrant workers during the stage of megalopolis, mainly including the demands of professional skills training, low-cost housing, education and health insurance.etc. Then, this study puts forward the basic public service supply suggestions from the aspects of improving the public employment service system, broaden the approach of housing security, guarantee education and health care rights, combined with demands of migrant workers.
