通过对厦门市集美大学城周边区域各因素进行调研、数据分析和总结，依托大学城的先天优势并合理利用区域内不同特点的高校资源，提出“一校一特点，一村一文化”的发展理念，探索有效规划和统筹大学城周边村镇文化的发展途径与改善策略，旨在改变中国大学城与周边区域“有关系、少联系”的普遍局面，提升大学城周边村镇发展潜力，形成“同城化”效应，从而构建大学城和周边村镇协调发展的双赢新模式。 - 关键词：
大学城；区域发展；双赢；新模式； - Abstract: The paper studied various factors and analyzed the data of the surrounding area at Jimei university in Xiamen, then it put forward a development thought which depended on the different characteristics of universities resources as "a characteristic of a university, a village of a culture". Based upon this thought, it would take good use of natural university resources and plan the cultural development way of the university city surrounding town effectively. It would change the pervasive situation about China university city, the surrounding town and improve university city surrounding town development potential to form city integration effectually. Thereby we could explore the strategy of effective development and improve the surrounding town of the university city. Finally we could get the new pattern that the university city and the surrounding area development in a win-win situation.
