随着我国经济社会发展进入“新常态”，城乡发展呈现出新的特征和趋势，怎样强化区域协同、适应创新变化、将智慧与生态结合的理念运用到乡村规划中是急需探究的问题。通过对“北京绿十字”乡村规划实践的观察和研究，总结了多方参与乡村规划建设模式的特征，并综合比较德、日等国及中国安吉的乡村建设，从规划编制、多方协作、规划实施、产业发展和自我管理五个方面对这种模式做利弊分析，最后提出乡村规划建设的优化策略。 - 关键词：
多方参与；乡村规划建设；利弊分析；优化策略； - Abstract: With Chinese economic and social development, it has entered a “new norm”, and urban and rural development presents new characteristics and trends. How to strengthen regional cooperation, adapt to the dynamic changes and to apply the concepts combined with intelligence and ecology in rural planning are the problems which need to be explored. Through the observation and research of Beijing Green Cross’s rural planning practice, the study summed up the characteristics of multi participatory village planning and construction mode, and synthetically compared the rural construction in Germany, Japan and China Anji county from five aspects of planning establishment, multi collaboration, planning implementation, industrial development and self management to do the pros and cons analysis, and finally puts forward the optimizing strategies of rural planning and construction.
