随着全球化的纵深推广，城市日益成为国家与地区之间竞争的主角，使得国际化代表了当今城市向高端演化的显著趋势，并且成为城市提升国际影响力的重要途径。然而总体来看，由于城市管理者对国际化城市建设的概念理解模糊、理论认知不清以及实践经验缺乏，我国城市的国际化建设多年来进展仍较为缓慢。因此在明晰国际化城市概念的基础之上，以深圳南山区的国际化城市建设为例，对国际化城市建设的理论框架进行系统梳理，重点通过对常住南山区的境外人士国际化需求的调查分析，提出针对性的国际化城市建设路径，以期为我国国际化城市建设提供理论依据与实践借鉴。 - 关键词：
国际化；城市；建设；理论；南山区； - Abstract: City has taken on an increasingly important role with the deepening of globalization and international cities nowadays represent the tendency of superior evolution for cities and become an important way for countries to raise their international inf luential capacities. However, the process of internationalization of cities in China has been stacked with little apparent effect in general for the reason that city administrators usually have vague ideas about the concept of internationalization and lack practical experience. Thus, based on the clear explanation of the concept of international cities and the international city construction in Nanshan district, Shenzhen, this paper has set the international strategic position for Nanshan district and put forward advices for the construction of international cities by analyzing the survey of needs for international facilities conducted on foreigners dwelled in Nanshan district. The paper tried to offer theoretical proof and reference to the construction of international cities in China.
