改革开放以来，我国地方政府行为模式发生了深刻的变化，表现出“城市企业主义”特征并造就了“中国范式”的经济奇迹和独特的空间现象。结合西方“城市企业主义”的缘起、发展和转变，以中国转轨期为切入背景，以地方政府行为转变和空间变迁的互动关系为逻辑起点，构建“制度和要素变化——城际竞争形成——城市企业主义——空间变迁”的基本分析框架，试图对改革开放以来中国城市发展和空间演化的动力机制进行总体解释。 - 关键词：
城市企业主义；中国空间现象；地方政府；城际竞争； - Abstract: Since the reform and opening up, the behavior pattern of local government has changed dramatically, showing the characteristic of "city enterprise" and the economic miracle of "Chinese model" and the unique spatial phenomenon. Combined with the western "city enterprise doctrine" of the origin, development and change, the paper studied transitional period with the interactive relationship between the changes of local government behavior and space construction, trying to explain the dynamic mechanism of China’s city development and spatial evolution since the reform and opening up.
