随着极端天气情况频发，国内很多城市连续遭遇强暴雨袭击，引发了严重的城市内涝。然而，伴随着内涝的不断发生，城市建设过程中对排水工程重视不够、设施建设标准偏低、防涝观念薄弱等问题逐步凸显。本文试图从内涝问题的形成原因出发，结合湖南地区的一些项目实践，尝试在城市蓄水湖面、河道的水量平衡、水体布局等方面提出一些规划改善途径，以期对类似项目有所裨益。 - 关键词：
内涝；蓄水体系；水量；水体布局； - Abstract: With frequent extreme weather conditions, many cities have encountered strong storm attack, which causes serious urban waterlogging. However, the waterlogging continuously happen and become gradually highlighted, as the water drainage system is neglected while the process of urban construction, with lower infrastructure construction standard and weak awareness of such problems such as weak gradually highlights. This paper attempts to formulate the reasons for the problems of waterlogging, combined with some of the project practice in Hunan province, trying to improve urban water storage lake, river water balance, water layout and other aspects of planning to facilitate similar project benefits.
