新型城镇化背景下，市民意识崛起，规划方法的转变亟需理论指导。简述沟通—协作式规划的理论要点，从文献时间分布、代表人物和文章、研究热点、研究趋势和内容五个方面切入，将Web of Science 数据库中2000-2014 年间关于沟通式规划、协作式规划共324 篇论文，利用Citespace Ⅲ软件进行可视化分析。最后，从“政府放权”、“公众参与”、“伙伴关系”、“制度设计”、“协作方法”、“规划评价”6 个方面系统梳理了主要内容，以期能为我国规划理论研究和规划实践转型提供借鉴。 - 关键词：
沟通式规划；协作式规划；CitespaceⅢ软件；可视化分析； - Abstract: Under the background of New-type Urbanization, planners must pay close attention to citizens’ necessity and planning practice is in great need of the invention of new forms, following the growing number of stock planning and the raise of the civil consciousness. This paper describes the theoretical points on communicative planning and collaborative planning. Displaying in five aspects, such as time distribution of papers, representative figures and articles, research focuses, research trends and research contents, a total of 324 papers on communicative planning and collaborative planning, from 2000 to 2014, in the Web of Science database were visually analyzed by CitespaceⅢ. The result found that the research have experienced a process from theoretical basis to practical appliance. Then this paper classifies the research contents into “government decentralization”, “public participation”, “partnerships”, “institutional design”, “collaborative approach”, “planning evaluation”, the article is expected to provide instructions and references to research and transformation of practices on communicative planning and collaborative planning in China through the six contents.
