深入研究城镇化协调性时空分异可为新型城镇化建设提供决策参考。与已有研究不同，本研究基于土地承载视角，采用协调度模型和互斥性矩阵，分阶段综合对比分析了长三角地区城镇化协调性的时空差异。结果显示：①土地—人口协调度方面，受规划滞后性及区域政策等的影响，长三角整体协调性较弱，且经历了减弱——增强——减弱的过程，而不同省、市各时段人口—土地城镇化协调性也呈不同的波动性变化特征；土地—经济城镇化在各时段除少数城市不协调外，其余城市均较为协调；从整个时段上看各城市土地—人口和土地—经济城镇化分别主要表现为土地快速扩张和协调。②土地城镇化虽然与经济发展同步，但相对于人口城镇化普遍存在过于超前的现象，应将人口城镇化转移问题作为促进城镇化协调发展的关键。③各阶段绝大部分城市均存在不同程度城镇化协调性问题，但44.00% 的城市城镇化协调性问题有所缓解，而16.00% 的城市城镇化问题加重，其余城市基本不变。研究表明，土地—人口城镇化并非在所有地区均不协调，需分时段把握土地城镇化与人口、经济间的协调性变化特征，采取差别化政策加以合理调控。 - 关键词：
土地城镇化；人口城镇化；经济增长；协调性；长三角地区； - Abstract: In-depth study on the spatio-temporal variation of urbanization coordination can provide decision support for promoting new-style urbanization. Different from the previous studies, we used the methods of coordination indexes and the exclusive matrix from the perspective of land carrying to explore the spatial-temporal difference of urbanization coordination in Yangtze River Delta Region. Results showed that the coordination between population and land urbanization were generally poor, and it experienced a process of weakening to enhancement and then to weakening. The coordination between population and land urbanization also changed in different characteristics of fluctuation from the perspectives of different provinces and cities. The economy growth and land urbanization were generally showed a coordinated status except for several cities in various periods. However, from the perspective of the whole study period, the coordination of land-population urbanization and land-economy urbanization were mainly rapid land expansion and coordinating respectively. Results also showed that the land urbanization was ahead of urbanization of population too much, although it was synchronous with economic development, thus the problem of urbanization of population should be regarded as one of the key for sustainable urbanization. In addition, in every period, most of the cities have different degrees of problems on urbanization, but the problems in 44.00% of the cities were mitigated, and that in 16.00% of the cities were worse, while that in others were unchanged. It concluded that the lack of coordination between the population and land urbanization is not available in all regions, so we need to grasp the coordination and take differential policies.
