维也纳90 多年的社会住宅传统和政策体系，为维也纳居民提供了可负担和高质量的住房，也造就了维也纳独特的居住文化和特征：高租房率、高社会住房居住率、高度的居住融合、历史住区的保护性更新以及面向未来的持续创新。植根于社会住宅传统的居住文化成为维也纳城市文化独特的组成部分，也是维也纳长期保持全球最佳宜居都市的重要因素。其社会住宅的传统和政策经验，以及成功的实践案例，对于众多致力于宜居环境和居住文化建设的城市，具有积极的借鉴意义。 - 关键词：
居住；文化；维也纳；社会住宅；传统；融合；宜居城市； - Abstract: The tradition and continuity of social housing policy in Vienna for over nine decades has guaranteed its residents with affordable and high quality housing, which creates a unique housing culture: high tenancy rate and wide coverage of social housing; good community integration; soft urban renewal of historical residential areas as well as continuous innovation for future housing. As an integral part of the urban culture of Vienna, housing culture is rooted in social housing tradition, and it contributes greatly to Vienna’s reputation of the most livable city in the world. The tradition of Vienna’s social housing, the specific housing policies, and the successful housing projects shed light on how to cultivate housing culture with livable urban environment.
