在我国城镇化的进程中，随着城市的空间蔓延和功能外溢，城市郊区新城成为人口和产业转移、城市功能延伸、空间体系重构的重要载体，如何在实践的基础上构建科学的新城开发模式是促进城市健康发展的关键。本文在新城发展演变和特征分析的基础上提出了城市近郊产业驱动型市镇的概念内涵，进而构建了产业驱动型市镇的发展模式，主要包括产业发展模式、空间组织模式和市镇运营模式等，最后利用某规划案例进行了验证，表明产业驱动型市镇契合城市近郊地域功能与空间特色，发展符合新型城镇化发展方向，能为类似新城的开发提供发展指导和路径参考。 - 关键词：
城镇化；城市规划；产业驱动型市镇；发展模式； - Abstract: With spatial expansion and spillover of urban functions in urbanization process in China, development of new areas in peri-urban regions has become the major platforms for hosting and accommodating the shift of population and industries, extension of urban functions and urban spatial restructuring, therefore, how to build development models based on practices in a scientific way for these new areas becomes a key issue for research. This paper will firstly explore the concept of peri-urban new towns and its implications, then will establish possible models for peri-urban new towns development, including industry development model, spatial organization model and operation model. Lastly, the paper will use the master planning of a health-oriented industry-driven demonstration new town as a case to test the proposed models. It is shown that the industry-driven new town development model is well aligned with the new urbanization trend for the future urban China and can be a good referencing guideline and roadmap for these similar type of development zones.
