- 摘要：
大力发展公共交通成为普遍接受的观点，但其研究大多停留在宏观分析层面，大多是对公交导向的土地利用形态的研究；在微观层面，却很少有研究公共交通与居住区的关系。本文总结了目前我国居住区建设特点，并对比国外优秀的以公共交通为导向的城市居住区布局形态的相关实例，进而提出了适合我国的公交导向的居住区规划模式，以促进公交出行和打造公交都市。 - 关键词：
公交社区；居住区；公共交通； - Abstract: It is generally accepted to improve the public transport system, but most of the research is on the macro level, mainly on the transit oriented land use patterns; on the micro level, there is little research on the relationship between public transportation and residential area. This paper summarizes the construction characteristics of current residential area in China, and compares with relevant excellent examples about the layout of residential area in foreign transit oriented cities, and then puts forward the transit oriented residential planning model suitable for China, in order to promote public transit and build transit metropolis.
